Review of Five Guys

I have a severe gluten allergy and decided to try Five Guys in Lawton, OK for the first time. I quizzed the super nice young woman taking orders about their food handling and how the fries were cooked. She was extremely willing to help, even though I don’t think she understood the whole gluten thing. The buns are grilled on a separate grill from the meat and veggies. My burger came not just with lettuce leaves to replace the bun, but in a little lettuce nest. And the fries! They were lovely. Haven’t had fast food fries for months since I got glutened at a popular chain. I plan to eat there again.
