Cashier very helpful and when I told her celiac she said without hesitation "right I've got it"...I watched them clean and prep the counter by lining it with several layers of foil, open new lettuce to make my wrap and take out some condiments that were in smaller containers from the fridge in single serve ketchup containers. The even bagged my order separate from my non allergy family members order. I felt comfortable with their response and did not get sick.
Yes
i told the cashier that i just wanted french fries and that i had a gluten allergy (people seem to take gluten "allergy" more serious than "celiac disease") and she turned around and yelled "GLUTEN ALLERGY!!!" to the kitchen and it was so embarrassing the entire place was looking at me. and i'm almost positive they didn't change gloves or anything.
While the person taking our order politely asked me to repeat myself when I said “gluten allergy (I know celiac isn’t an allergy, it’s just easier to say sometimes),” another person nodded knowingly and started changing his gloves. He took charge and made sure the other workers knew what to do. He bagged my daughter’s burger separately, the fries in their own bag, and burgers with buns on their own. It was a great experience; the food was yummy and we felt safe. My daughter didn’t have any reaction.
Yes
standard five guys, awesome lettuce wraps burger and great fries. don't for get to ask them to change their gloves.
Yes
I've eaten here several times and never had a problem. This Branch consistently makes my food separately and make sure that it is handled properly.

Great! I called ahead to ask about GF options and was told the whole restaurant is GF except buns. Yes you can bring your own. No they will not toast or assemble your burger with your GF buns. When we arrived and I said the word “Celiac”, the manager told each worker to change their gloves. They were very nice and clearly knew what they were doing .

In general Five Guys is great with allergies, but check your bag before you leave. The cashier today was new and didn't realize he needed to check "gluten allergy," he only put "separate bag," so they accidentally served it with the bread. But they were very happy to remake it when we pointed it out.
