You know what you’re getting food wise. Cashier was no familiar with the allergy but when we ordered by less we requested fresh gloves. She told the preparer and I watched it being made. He did in fact change gloves throughout the entire process. Fries are the only thing in the fryer and therefore safe. Finally French fries we can eat! Good cheap option when everything else is so expensive.

Went on june 2018. It is closed apparently remodeling!

bunless burger and fries... youre good to go. if youre highly sensitive make sure the staff is aware.

Extra precaution when we ordered. The cashier called someone to change her gloves!

there is no glutenfree option!! staff has no idea what celiac disease means. So donot go there!

Staff was so great and understanding about my food allergies! The only thing they fry is french fries...its been a long time since I have had fries and they were great! I would give 5 stars, but it was very greasy...so not an everyday type of meal!

Order taker asks about allergy and informs cook staff. I like that I can see them following the protocols (change gloves, clean grill, etc). Dedicated french-fry fryer. Good food.

Refused to even serve me they said they can’t prevent any cross contamination even though the only gluten containing item in this location is the buns. Wouldn’t change gloves or utensils or anything just told me no.

April 26, 2014. These guys handle the 'Allergy burger' very well. Ask for it by that name, they'll know how to treat your food prep. They have a dedicated frier and make a mean lettuce wrapped burger. I always order extra lettuce and they don't fall apart. I never have an issue with cross-contamination at this chain.

They were so careful when preparing my burger and french fries. They do not have gluten free buns. The fries are safe to eat. I order a burger without a bun and bring in my own bun.

Ordered burger with no bun. Guy was helpful in answering questions. They hard a list of ingredients for different sauces. And marked it was for allergy on the order.
