Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

Very friendly group of people. It looks like the fries are the only thing to go into the fryer. And they advertise a bunless option for their burgers (and offer to wrap it in lettuce or put it into a bowl). Tons of different toppings to choose from. (Raw jalapeño!)
There is a stack of free peanuts in the middle of the room. Anyone with a peanut allergy probably should avoid this chain.

I got safe fries here. The staff was very nice and changed their gloves multiple times to keep my order safe. I’m extremely sensitive and was fine.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.

The staff is very knowledgeable and will note down “Allergy” if you mention it for the lettuce wrap or bowl option. I’ve visited several times and haven’t gotten glutened. Fries are safe too
