This Five Guys location is very knowledgeable and I have always had a great meal without worry. Who misses a bun when you get to have hand cut french fries!!
Never had a problem here. They can serve your burger in a dish or in a lettuce wrap. Fries are GF too
They take special care if you mention that you have a gluten allergy! Fries are GF.

Could get a sandwich wrapped in a lettuce leaf or would put sandwich insides into a bowl!
They are great with gluten free allergy . Burger no bun.
I had read that all Five Guys locations are Celiac friendly, in that "everything is gluten free except the buns," and this one is not an exception.
when you order a bunless burger or hotdog, they ask if it's for an allergy. they'll change gloves and separate your order from anything that could cross contaminate - like if your spouse has a burger with a bun, they'll put it in a separate bag.
fries are cooked in peanut oil and are the only thing cooked in that fryer.
good fast food for Celiacs.
The 5 Guys in N Greenbush has always accommodated me. I bring a GF bun, and they change gloves, prepare on a clean area, etc. It is my go-to place for a great burger & fries.

The employee at the registered spoke very knowledgeably about GF celiac safety. She immediately explained their safety practices. They have a dedicated grill for buns and the fryer is only for fresh cut potatoes. They offered a bowl or a lettuce wrap in place of the bun. They cleaned a separate prep space and their hands and changed gloves. The order slip/receipt was marked “ALLERGY”, the meal was bagged separately. They called out “Allergy” multiple times to the staff touching food.
It's five guys you know what you get, dedicated gluten free fryer and lettuce bun is safe 👍 only gf place in American dream mall as far as I know
I love Five Guys! I have eaten here a few times and do the lettuce wrap. I have never gotten sick here and they have the best french fries! Big fan! No notes.
These guys are great with precautions!! I've eaten here numerous times over the years and never gotten sick.
Asked if I had an allergy before I could ask even half my usual questions. They do lettuce wraps!
