They give you the option of having your burger in a lettuce wrap, or the option I chose - in a container. Burger was delicious, and fries were amazing.
I’m still fairly new to being gluten free (diagnosed 5 months ago), but every time I’ve eaten out before I’ve ended up being very gassy & had some acid reflux within 2 hours, (which I’ve learned are my symptoms of being glutened from cross contamination), but I’m happy to report I had no symptoms from my meal today.

I've been to other Five Guys but this location needs to do some work training their staff to be more aware of allergies and ingredients. When I went there, I asked the girl at the counter if the fries were gluten free (I know they are but I still always ask) and she said No. I asked why and she said because they are cooked in peanut oil. 🤷🏻♀I thought maybe she didn't hear me so I corrected and said, I was asking about gluten. She was rude and responded 'I know what you said, they're not gluten free'.So I obviously left without eating ... and still knowing that they most likely were safe to eat! It's important to train all staff properly to avoid instances like this.
Order taker asks about allergy and informs cook staff. I like that I can see them following the protocols (change gloves, clean grill, etc). Dedicated french-fry fryer. Good food.

Refused to even serve me they said they can’t prevent any cross contamination even though the only gluten containing item in this location is the buns. Wouldn’t change gloves or utensils or anything just told me no.

April 26, 2014. These guys handle the 'Allergy burger' very well. Ask for it by that name, they'll know how to treat your food prep. They have a dedicated frier and make a mean lettuce wrapped burger. I always order extra lettuce and they don't fall apart. I never have an issue with cross-contamination at this chain.

They were so careful when preparing my burger and french fries. They do not have gluten free buns. The fries are safe to eat. I order a burger without a bun and bring in my own bun.

Ordered burger with no bun. Guy was helpful in answering questions. They hard a list of ingredients for different sauces. And marked it was for allergy on the order.
