Love this place! They always change their gloves for food allergies. Burgers and fries are gluten free and awesome! I bring my own bun, but they can do "protein style" too. Yummy!

I love LOVE Five Guys simple, fresh, delicious food. I am allergic to wheat. Any burger place is a risk, but this place is so clean I don't have to worry. The manager (brown haired female?) was spot on knowing and even double checking ingredients(for new milkshakes!!) and they changed gloves and were very careful. I NEVER get sick from this shop. (I get sick from being in the room with steam off of cooked pasta...lol). They make your burger either as a wrap (with lettuce, yum) or in a dish (to eat with a knife and fork). You get all the fresh yummy flavors of a great burger either way. FRIES are not fried with any wheat products, so they are safe and delicious (fresh cut real potatoes, skin on). You HAVE to try the new milkshakes (not the malted, or cookies and cream). The chocolate is made with Ghirrdelli, and there are lots of other choices too. YUM with AWESOME Service!!!

They were extra careful when k mentioned celiac. Gloves changed, new area to make my lettuce wrap burger and it came flagged. Only fries go in fryer

As of 5/9/24…. Currently under construction but usually these are great places to go (get a lettuce wrap or bowl and tell them you have an “allergy” and they will be careful and change gloves). They only fry fries so they are safe. Hope they are back soon!

The only thing they fry are potatoes No seasonings on meats, dedicated side for the meat versus the buns No GF bun but they do offer lettuce wrap, and a bowl option No sauce or additives on grilled vegetables. Only cross-contamination I saw was when building the hamburgers. But very willing to change gloves.

Went here before leaving on a trip. BIG MISTAKE! The lady at the register had a blank stare as we tried to explain to her my Celiac/severe gluten allergy. She spoke to the cook in Spanish. He nodded and said ok, no gluten. Within 10 minutes of eating I could tell I had been glutened. Made my trip miserable but it was my fault. I should have not eaten it. I’m new to this and am still naive to believe people will understand.
