In general Five Guys is great with allergies, but check your bag before you leave. The cashier today was new and didn't realize he needed to check "gluten allergy," he only put "separate bag," so they accidentally served it with the bread. But they were very happy to remake it when we pointed it out.

Dedicated fryer for fries! Very tasty and had no issues.

Very reliable, staff are well aware of celiac and change their gloves. You can get a lettuce bun or a burger bowl, both are great

We stopped they took goo care to ensure my wife buger was cook gluten free in a bowl. Fries are always good.

Order taker asks about allergy and informs cook staff. I like that I can see them following the protocols (change gloves, clean grill, etc). Dedicated french-fry fryer. Good food.
