Can order a burger as bunless. They even asked if it was a preference or an allergy and will specify it on your order.

I love Five Guys! No, they don't have a GF bun but the burger in a lettuce wrap is so delicious that I don't miss the bun at all. They have a separate grill for the buns so the burgers will not have CC and as long as you let them know you have celiac or are intolerant they will change gloves and take precautions. They also have a dedicated fryer so the fries are safe too! Yummm!

If you're in the mood for a bun-less burger and some fries this is a tasty option. Separate grills for each element (buns on a completely different neighboring grill) and only fries in their fryer.

Order taker asks about allergy and informs cook staff. I like that I can see them following the protocols (change gloves, clean grill, etc). Dedicated french-fry fryer. Good food.
