They will make any burger gluten free with either a lettuce bun or in a burger bowl. They only fry potatoes in the friers so the fries are GF. This is the best place in town for a great burger and fries!

You can get your burger as a lettuce wrap or in a bowl. Only fries in the fryer so they are safe too. I love being able to eat a burger and fries with no worries. When you order tell them you have a gluten allergy and they indicate on your order and let the cooks know verbally. The buns are on a separate grill. You can watch them prepare the food to be sure which I do. They changed their gloves before my order and made sure no gluten came in contact with my order. This place was especially great even asking if we wanted the fully wrapped burgers with buns in a separate bag from the fries. I'll admit it's a little pricey for fast food but cheaper than other restaurants and delicious.

We stopped they took goo care to ensure my wife buger was cook gluten free in a bowl. Fries are always good.

Order taker asks about allergy and informs cook staff. I like that I can see them following the protocols (change gloves, clean grill, etc). Dedicated french-fry fryer. Good food.
