I could see that the buns are on a separate grill from the burgers and the fryer is only used for their fresh cut fries! Lettuce wrap or bowl available, and they asked if it was for an allergy.

We stopped they took goo care to ensure my wife buger was cook gluten free in a bowl. Fries are always good.

Order taker asks about allergy and informs cook staff. I like that I can see them following the protocols (change gloves, clean grill, etc). Dedicated french-fry fryer. Good food.
