Totally gluten free menu. Brazilian food. The pao de Quiejo (cheese buns) are delicious. We go here almost every time we are downtown. Every meal has been great.

Amazing food!! Such great flavor. I had chicken, white rice, with roasted veggies and mango BBQ sauce it was fabulous!! I'll definitely be back!

The atmosphere was nice and food was healthy, clean and tasty. I had the tilapia which was not seasoned to the level I would have hoped. It they did make up for that with an exquisite quack mango sauce which made the meal. Almost everything is GF goodness!!!

Fast casual Brazilian, essentially like chipotle. All of the components taste good but are a little bland in combination. Large portions. The best part of the experience was knowing that all of the food was free of gluten and all nuts. Also, delicious and warm Brazilian cheese rolls.

100% gf restaurant down to the bread and cookies. If you like your steak rare this may not be the place for you but the chicken is amazing as is the bread. (Haven’t eaten the cookie yet but I may edit this later to add it.

The entire place is GF! Some staff didn't seem as knowledgeable as others, but it didn't matter since there was no gluten around! Quick and easy meal.

Everything in this place is gluten free and my meal was incredibly delicious. While build-a-bowl isn’t a unique concept, the Brazilian flavors really made the food unique and fun. And they give you the amazing GF Brazilian bread made with tapioca flour! YUM! I wish I had a restaurant like this near where I live, I’d go several times a week!

Celiac friendly, but not very good food. Everything seemed either under or overcooked. Great idea, but poor quality. I also have reactions to food when they dont use organic or pesticide free ingredients. Upset tummy before I even left the restaurant :(

Staff was nice, but the food here is mediocre at best. The cheesy bread was dry and old and the food was bland. Maybe it was because I went in about an hour before they closed, but I definitely didn’t experience what others have reported.

This place is like a Brazilian twist on Chipotle. Very tasty. Obsessed with the little GF cheese rolls....it’s been a while since I’ve gotten to enjoy cheesy bread like that!

This is one of the few restaurants I trust. I've eaten here several times and never have been ill. Everything's fresh, clean, and nowhere near gluten. My only criticism is that they don't label sensitivities, but they'll answer any questions about the ingredients if you ask.

Good food. I usually don’t trust the concept of a build your own bowl restaurant because of cross contamination, but since this place is 100% GF I felt totally safe. Plus, it’s quick and not too pricey so it was great for lunchtime.

This place was awesome!!! Dedicated gluten free facility & the food was delicious! Lots of flavor and I am picky about things being salty & this was flavored without all the salt restaurants usually use. Great place to grab a healthy bowl.

Affordable 100% gluten free food. The spicy coconut sauce was delicious and the bowls can be customized to be paleo friendly and vegetarian. We spent less than $40 on 2 adults and 2 kids.
