Not safe for celiac or allergy! No dedicated cooking space. Waffle iron is used to make both gluten filled and gluten free waffles. Server was not knowledgable. Do NOT recommend for celiac or gluten allergy. I have severe upper respiratory breathing issues when glutened. Do not risk this.
