Review of Flapjacks Pancake Cabin

I ate at the location in Gatlinburg, and let me tell you, this place is absolutely amazing. The best food that I’ve eaten in a long while. The waitress knew what celiac was, no need to explain. She warned me that they use the same grill, but ensured me that they would wipe it down before cooking my food on there. So delicious. Get the gluten free cinnamon swirl pancakes!!
