Best GF pancakes I’ve had ever in a restaurant! Great atmosphere. Tons of options. I didn’t see GF bread or bun options on the lunch menu but I would order pancakes no later what meal 🤗

Now Stacks on Route 66; I had a good experience and did not get sick. My students that I was traveling with liked this enough that we went multiple days.

Yummy options for gluten free pancakes and waffles. I had a cherry waffles with a side of eggs and bacon. Not a dedicated kitchen space but I didn’t get sick. My husbands omelette had fresh jalapeños in it. Generous portions. Restaurant was clean and the staff was great. Cute Route 66 theme.

So delicious! The Gluten free waffles with strawberry 🍓 is so delicious. No reactions or problems. Love it.

The pancakes came out with a little orange flag indicating that they were gluten free, so I thought I was in the clear. I even asked the server when I ordered if the kitchen took safety precautions, and she told me with confidence that they knew how to avoid cross-contamination in order to accommodate individuals with Celiac disease. Wrong. The pancakes were delicious but 30-60 mins later my gut told me I had made a mistake in trusting them. One of the worst reactions I have had in a long time.

Amazing GF Belgian waffles, delivered separately. Terrific staff, friendly place with great atmosphere. Warning: always busy; can be loud!

This is may favorite place to grab gluten free pancakes, juicy steak and eggs and hash browns

Made it seem like a chore to clean the grill... didn't make me feel accommodated. And I doubt they cleaned anything bc they were really busy ! Deff don't go on a Sunday morning !

Admittedly, I did not eat there. It didn't seem safe. They use a shared waffle iron & shared grill space for the GF & non-GF waffles & pancakes. There is also dairy in both the GF pancakes & waffles. They did say they would clean the grill if you asked but on a busy Saturday morning I doubt it's going to be a thorough enough job. There's no protocol for cc. Too bad:-(

Homestyle potatoes were delicious! The waffles were good but a little underdone--probably because it was VERY busy when we were there.

The gluten free waffle is amazing! And huge! We will definitely be back.
