I’ve loved the Flat Iron Tap for years, I was very excited to hear they have a gluten free bun option for their sandwiches. Highly recommend, the staff is always friendly and accommodating. The kitchen is small, so I am not sure if they have a dedicated space for GF prep. I have a strong gluten intolerance, and I’ve never had an issue with cross contamination here.

Food was amazing as always! I recently went gluten free due to my Hashimotos. I noticed a huge difference after eating here and ordering the gluten free bun for my burger. So much energy after the last time I ate without the gf options. The fries do share a fryer, so if you have an allergy I’d be cautious about that.

Flat Iron has really good burgers on gluten free buns. The fries are cooked in the same oil with gluten products, but that doesn’t bother me.

I had the Strawberry Fields Salad with fillet medallions and it was delicious. As a very sensitive Celiac, I did not get sick and Nima tested it as gluten free. Ask them to make your meat on foil and the staff is very helpful. Nice glass of red wine too.
