I’ve loved the Flat Iron Tap for years, I was very excited to hear they have a gluten free bun option for their sandwiches. Highly recommend, the staff is always friendly and accommodating. The kitchen is small, so I am not sure if they have a dedicated space for GF prep. I have a strong gluten intolerance, and I’ve never had an issue with cross contamination here.
