Review of Flatbread Company

I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant! Though it was difficult to find, and parking was awkward and difficult, the food was incredible! We did take out and I'm glad because the entire place was packed!! The integrity of their food is clear from the moment you read their menu and the GF crust was surprisingly moist and doughy, very much unlike MOST GF crusts out there. Highly recommend!
