Celiac friendly

To celebrate an anniversary, we reserved a table at Fleming's. The staff and management were all very careful and attentive to make sure they got our food just the way we needed it to be. However, I was disappointed at how little they offered that was both GF and dairy free. The atmosphere was pleasant and busy on a Friday night. Their prime rib and mushrooms were very tasty. I had to order the baked potato instead of the other potato choices to be dairy free. They still brought cheese and sour cream for the potato! In my opinion, Fleming's needs to offer more variety in their sides other than potatoes like dishes using squash, gluten free grains like quinoa, and corn. They are a high-end restaurant and ought to offer the high quality of food to match their prices. Overall, it was a good experience, but not as good as I expected.
