Got a delicious glutenfree wrap with falafel. When I ordered the glutenfree option, they asked if I was celiac. Everything was prepared safely and the falafel was amazing:

I eat regularly at @FLFL. I trust them because they work very clean and are taking all precautions to make sure the food I order is free from gluten cross-contamination. Also, the only products that contain gluten in their restaurant are the wraps, the rest is all glutenfree. When you order your glutenfree wrap they make sure it is prepared safely. They are also open for suggestions and make no fuss about it. Love that. And of course, the falafel itself is delicious! * Update: they now even have a ‘celiac’ button on their cash register! 🥰

From the owner
Even though we don't have a gluten-free kitchen, we can do a lot to make sure you can have a meal with us. Please inform us about your diet and we'll be happy to take measures accordingly. This ranges from cleaning the service before making your (gluten free Schär) wrap to using different spoons and scooping sauces from untouched batches especially for your wrap. Obviously our gluten free wraps are steamed in a separate pan, and our fryer is completely gluten free. On top of that all our food is lactose free.

Erg lekkere wrap met falafel! Falafel en andere ingrediënten voor op de wrap zijn allemaal glutenvrij. Ze gebruiken schar wraps en warmen deze apart op. Ook beleggen ze het op een andere plek om kruisbesmetting te voorkomen
