From the owner
Even though we don't have a gluten-free kitchen, we can do a lot to make sure you can have a meal with us. Please inform us about your diet and we'll be happy to take measures accordingly. This ranges from cleaning the service before making your (gluten free Schär) wrap to using different spoons and scooping sauces from untouched batches especially for your wrap. Obviously our gluten free wraps are steamed in a separate pan, and our fryer is completely gluten free. On top of that all our food is lactose free.

The whole menue can be prepared gluten free (also celiac friendly). I had a falafel wrap and it was delicious!!! Also not expensive.

Erg lekkere wrap met falafel! Falafel en andere ingrediënten voor op de wrap zijn allemaal glutenvrij. Ze gebruiken schar wraps en warmen deze apart op. Ook beleggen ze het op een andere plek om kruisbesmetting te voorkomen

After ordering many times from the shop nearby the Domtoren, I was recently made aware that a new shop opened at Utrecht CS. The options and general concept are the same - gluten free wraps stuffed with falafel and veg - and the food is just as tasty, but the location is a lot more convenient in my opinion! I hope this chain continues to grow and do well, one of my favourite places to go for sure!

They have glutenfree wraps and falafel, that taste very good. They have a seperate corner where they prepare the glutenfree meals. I am not able to say anything about cross contamination, because I do not have any symptoms, but it seemed safe.

Delicious falafel. They asked if I was allergic so they seem to be aware of cross-contamination and willing to take extra care. PS: I had a slight reaction with some delay so cannot entirely exclude contamination
