Dedicated fryer, gf buns, knowledgeable staff
The staff was very knowledgeable about GF options. The burger and fries were delicious! The gluten free bun was amazing too! They also offer gluten free alcoholic beverage options. I will definitely be going back! Delicious!!!!! Ended up visiting this restaurant 3 times during our week long stay. I can’t praise the staff and kitchen enough for their attention to details, hospitality, and understanding of gluten. The staff was nice enough to give us recommendations for places to visit. This is a MUST to visit if visiting Breckenridge!
I have severe Celiac and I am super sensitive to cross contamination this place is amazing! The staff is super friendly knowledgeable and wonderful! They have dedicated kitchen space that they prepare food for allergies. Awesome variety of appetizers the burgers are to-die-for! The milkshakes are also gluten-free you can just opt out of pie, cake or brownie toppings on the milkshakes They also they have variety of gluten-free cider at least 10 different kinds! ss well gluten-free beer on tap!
We had four adults and four children in our party, all but two are gluten free including two with Celiac. Everyone enjoyed our meals. Two kids had grilled cheese on a gluten free bun, one child had a Caesar salad without croutons, and a grilled chicken sandwich. I had a fabulous hamburger with fries. We also ordered truffle fries, yum! Staff was knowledgeable and helpful.
Good downtown spot. Got the chicken avocado sandwich and truffle fries. No issues but don’t think they have dedicated cooking area for GFers. Also if you also have dairy allergy make sure to tell them. Fries come with grated cheese on top.
My celiac son loved this place, as did we! We ate here TWICE on 8/24/17 it was so good!! Yes, we ate both lunch and dinner here. Awesome GF buns. The staff was impressively knowledgeable about gluten issues. Dedicated fryer, too! They also had ice cream available for us, as we didn't feel ok with the shakes given the shared equipment. Highly recommended!!

At first things seemed good - when we sat down we asked the waitress about gluten free options and she seemed very knowledgable. She explained that their meat was cooked separate from the buns and the fries were in a dedicated fryer. When we went to order she told us that they don't recommend the fries for people with Celiac, only those with a gluten intolerance. They are either cooked in gluten free oil or they aren't. You can't have it both ways. I was irritated that they didn't explain this in the first place because I would have gone somewhere else. Instead my 5 year old was stuck eating a piece of grilled chicken for lunch. The chicken was good but not a gluten friends place.
The food that is safe (salad, plain burger) was fine. Tastes similar to 5 guys but a little greasier. I'd rate higher, but this site is specific to gluten free which they are NOT doing well at all. They need to change the claims of GF on their sides. The sides (fries, chips, "gf" corn dogs, etc.) are all cooked in the same fryer as the gluten containing onion rings. The chef has no idea what cross contamination means and that's simply not ok.

Here is the response I received.Gluten freeIn terms of the gluten free aspect we do offer gluten free rolls, please inform our staff that you and your daughter are celiac and ask for it to be made away from the other burgers (this way they will use products that haven't come in to contact with our regular rolls. Our beef and chicken both contain no gluten, however our veggie patties do contain breadcrumbs so I would steer away from those. Our chips are gluten free.Ingredients in our gluten free rolls are:Filtered water, Tapioca flour, Soy flour, Maize flour, Hi Maize Flour, Potato flour, Rice flour, Salt, Citrus fibre, Yeast, Psyllium, Vegetable gums (412) (460), Raising Agent (500) (575).Dairy/ Casein FreeI have just had a look at Casein free on the internet as its not something I have come across. Im not entirely sure if you are able to eat eggs on this diet? Our mayo, aioli, sweet chilli mayo and beef all contain eggs. So if eggs are ruled out it would leave the chicken burgers, which you can ask for without mayo on a gluten free roll. 2 of our chicken burgers contain cheese being the Triple B and Pear and Parmesan, we can happily replace the beef with chicken in any of the burgers as well or leave off any of the cheeses.
