Food was great! Staff was very knowledgeable. The day we went (Christmas day) they didn’t have gf fries but we were grateful that they knew enough to tell us that!

Great gluten free bun and truffle fries! I had read reviews ahead so knew they used designated fryers and toasters but the waiter reiterated after the meal, which was great. Friendly service and great food.

HOLY TRUFFLE FRIES BATMAN!! I actually had fries in a restaurant for the first time since my celiac diagnosis. They have a designated fryer for fries. *enter angelic sounds here* Also all the sandwiches and burgers and be subbed with (what I can only describe as) the best gluten free bun I have ever had in my life. I told the waitress that I was celiac and she assured me that when told this that the kitchen staff changes gloves and prepares plates carefully to avoid cross contamination. I am VERY sensitive and had ZERO reaction. 10/10 recommend
Staff is great! We’ve been eating there for years, but this was only the second time I’ve eaten there since my diagnosis. They’re very knowledgeable about celiac and have a separate fryer for their fries. Their gluten-free bun is actually quite delicious I thought. And the hamburgers were just as wonderful as always. And- I did not get sick. 😍
Very knowledgeable staff about which food contains gluten. Dedicated fryer as well! Food was pretty amazing including the GF bun. Many GF options to choose from. Highly recommend the BBQ Chicken sandwich. 🔥
Did not have a gluten-free menu, and were unclear about some of the offerings. The portions were very skimpy.
Staff was knowledgeable about what contained gluten. Dedicated fryer for fries and they were yummy! They make all their own salad dressing, so their ceasar was a little different than what I'm used to. But overall good place!
I’ve always had a great time at Flipside! It’s one of our mainstays when we go to break!! We never get takeout so can’t speak on that, but have gotten most of the burgers on the menu GF with a GF bun and a dedicated fryer for their fries which is awesome!
Gluten-free friendly, but not celiac friendly. Not sure if the in-person experience is different than takeout, but I am definitely experiencing significant effects of cross contamination the next day.
This place can be gluten/celiac friendly. However, I did order online for takeout and marked my allergy and marked that I need a gluten free bun. It did not show up on their end as a marked allergy. We received our order and got back home and I had a regular bun. At this point, it was too late to avoid.
I called the restaurant and let them know about the error. Seems to be a more gluten friendly environment when ordering in person or over the phone. Avoid their online ordering system for things like this.
Our server made sure to make a note for the kitchen that we needed GF. My daughter had the burger w/ fries and no reaction! Both our server and busboy confirmed the dedicated fryers. We’ve come here for dinner the last 3 years and she’s never had any issues.
I told the server gluten free, celiac. She said they had separate friers etc. and when the food was delivered they confirmed gf. I wish I could say I had no problems but I was glutened and have felt terrible since eating here. I had raging stomach issues for a week after eating there 🤢💩🚽😭
Our families go to stop for a safe gluten free meal for our son. Mostly burgers, sandwiches and specialty milkshakes. They have dedicated gluten free prep areas and deep fryer, just make sure to mention your needs.
Great spot delicious food, kids loved it, very knowledgeable about GF. Dedicated fryer for french fries, any burger can be made on GF bun. Other salads GF, and GF tacos as well, Very accommodating- loved it!
Ordered a mushroom burger with GF bun with GF fries from dedicated frier. We clearly stated it was for celiac / allergy. Server seemed to understand and know what was GF and not. The burger was served with french fried onion bits on top and I did not expect they were gluten but I had symptoms later.
A staple for our regular visits to Breckenridge. Good food and a wide variety of gluten free options. We’ve been many times and have never gotten sick. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful.
Great food! They have GF buns and just ask and they can fry the fries in a dedicated GF fryer. It was delicious and I feel fine.
So I’m a little upset with Flip Side. They are careful however we’ve dined there 50 times. Asked GF questions every time and they always say 100% of the time the fries are GF in a dedicated fryer. So last night my wife got fries and didn’t ask and we were told later by our waitress that ONLY if they put in the allergy are they cooked in that fryer. That means nobody is on the same page there. So ask. Ask again. Clarify. Exhausting we’ve been told wrong information that many times. The food AMAZING. But this was a sad experience
We had a burger with a gluten free bun and fries. They make the fries in a dedicated frier if you ask! The food was so good! 5 stars!
I tested the gluten free burger and bun with a portable gluten tester and it flagged gluten with a strong third line. I triple check they knew it was supposed to be gluten free and they even had it on the receipt. Didn’t eat. Hungry but not sick
Dedicated fryer and they have the best truffle fries! My avocado chicken sandwich w/o a bun was also delicious. They do offer gluten free buns as well

Staff was knowledgeable about gluten and cross contamination. Fries have a dedicated fryer. The bison burger was excellent. I only gave them a 4 star because we sat for almost 15 minutes before I asked a waiter to come take our order. But after the burger and fries came I completely forgot about the lack of service we received.

Have a dedicated fryer and gf buns for their burgers. On top of that the burger was delicious as were the sweet potato fries
The staff were excellent! The food was fantastic. I enjoyed the gluten free bun with my burger and French fries from a dedicated gluten-free fryer. Best gluten free meal in a long time for me.

Our waitress was very knowledgeable about cross contamination and what is safe. Had chicken with avocado sandwich on a gf bun with truffle fries. Separate fryer for the fries and they make sure all gf food is safe. The bun was the best I’ve ever had. Did not fall apart. Chicken was huge! Left very full and happy! I highly recommend!!!

Wonderful experience. Their fryer for fries is dedicated and safe. Waitstaff walked me through the menu options, answered questions knowledgeably about cross contact, and even flagged my order as an “allergy”. GF bun was delicious and didn’t fall apart.

I eat here when I’m in Breckenridge! They understand and care about allergies. I am cross contamination level sensitive to gluten and wheat, and I have never had a problem. Their food is yummy!
Great GF burger and fries - dedicated frier! None of the shakes were GF but I asked them to leave out the shortbread cookie in the strawberry and it was great.
They were super knowledgeable about their GF options and celiac. The waiter even corrected my Cider order (which he said was not gluten feee). They were a little busy when we were there but everyone in my family loved the food.
They knew and explained all my options. Being Gluten, soy, Dairy free it can be difficult but not for them. Very busy, with a line out the door and they were patient. My family loved the “regular” food, especially the bison chili and onion rings! Gluten free fries are excellent!
Love this place and eat here every time I’m in Breck. They get allergies. Dedicated fryer for fries. I’ve never had the gf burger bun. I’m good with their tasty burgers in lettuce. Definitely make this a stop if you’re in Breck.
My daughter has celiac and had a GF Burger and fries without any issue. Proper care in the kitchen for a wonderful meal.
Ate here for lunch with my 9 year old daughter who is celiac. Our server was very knowledgeable. She had a grilled chicken sandwich with gf bun and fries. She enjoyed her meal very much. They also have have a dedicated fryer. Great service and food, will definitely be back.
Probably the best burgers and fries we’ve had in a looooong time. They also have a lot of cocktails and stone delicious ipa. They have a dedicated fry fryer.

I had the mushroom burger with truffle fries. They use rice flour for the fried mushrooms. Bun held up surprisingly well. Just about any burger can be GF - I think the crispy shallots and onion rings were the only toppings to be avoided.
