Review of Flip Side

I am gluten sensitive and ate here with no problem. They have gluten free buns available and our waiter had a clear knowledge of what was gluten free on the menu and what wasn’t and how things could be adapted to be gluten free. He also mentioned that they fry all fries in a dedicated gluten free fryer.
