Review of Flip Side

After a great day of skiing. We were looking for a place to eat, thought we would try the Flip-side, regrettably!

Bartender Chelsea was our server and was so rude

and cocky. We could not get straight answers about the menu from her. She was too lazy to go down to the kitchen and get answers about food since I have severe food allergies. She stated the cooks were too busy to bother, although the business was empty at the time we were there at 3:45 PM on March 31. I was very disappointed but nothing could have prepared me for when she told me “if you don’t like it you could leave”.

Not good to treat customers that way. Definitely grounds for termination. Too many restaurants to choose from in town to treat people that way.
