We were on a weekend trip to Breck and had a good overall experience at FlipSide. Our initial waiter was fairly new to the restaurant and did not instill much confidence in us, stating “yes, we have gluten-free buns and we fry all our fries in peanut oil, so you should be fine“. He wasn’t knowledgeable about cross-contamination so we asked to speak with another server and manager. The team members who had been part of the restaurant a long time were extremely accommodating and reassuring about their allergen practices. We ended up having some great burgers and fries without getting sick. We definitely will come back again.
