No idea what gluten free is, not cooked on a separate sheet, used same sauce/spoon for GF and not GF, don't wear gloves. Didn't eat the pizza.
I got a pepperoni, bacon pizza and it was delicious. Service was great and easy to get the gluten free. Not a dedicated oven but used clean metal sheet to keep it safe.

I ate here a while ago and the pizza was good. Their menu says "gluten-friendly" though so I'm not confident about their safety precautions for folks with celiac & allergies and I can't remember if I got sick.
They have two types of gluten free crust, one made with cauliflower (which the manager informed is made with Parmesan cheese) and one made with rice flour. They also have a vegan pizza made with vegan cheese and vegan sauce. The manager was very receptive to my multiple allergies. The best gluten and dairy free pizza I’ve ever had!
Good gluten free crust, but mediocre cheese (think quality of Papa John's), and terrible service. I also wouldn't suggest eating there if it's at all warm. Note: they will only make a 10 inch pie gluten free--so if more than one person is hungry, you need to buy more.
The gf pizza crust could be less than good, but I cannot confirm that because I wolfed it down so fast! I had 4 cheese with pepperoni and basil and it was amazing. The flavor is still buzzing around my mouth. The texture if the crust was good. Like I said, I cannot comment on the crust because the pizza as a whole WAS DELICIOUS!!
Fellow who took my order (named Hope) was knowledgable and accommodating. He caught that the register employee rang me up incorrectly for a regular crust and fixed it FAST. Specials apply to even gluten free crusts and their ovens are specific to keeping flour products and gluten free separate from each other.
