Probably my first time at a veg restaurant. I was diagnosed with celiac a month or so ago. Starting to see the world a different way and see all the barriers for now. My first such experience was as I was heading on a trip and went to Seatac. We had time to kill, ao decided to grab something to eat before the flight. Wow! What a shock. Not that one, not that one, not that one… the list of ‘no options” was growing. The only place I could find was this one. Lucky us. Nice burger (black beans) amazing sweet potato fries and even better customer service (quite unusual at a fast pace place like an airport, I would add). Thx Floret. Really appreciate it to have the chance to have a good meal, no gluten, and with good service all around! (Side note cause I do not know, I find the options on the app are to report if this is a gluten free in everything or not.. i just do not know that)

Can’t speak to the grab-and-go, but the sit-down restaurant is great. I love Cafe Flora and this airport location has basically the same menu. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful and GF items are clearly marked. The staff even confirmed the chai latte mix was GF for me! Great breakfast option at the airport.

Eating here is gambling. I have eaten here and not gotten sick and just this week I ate here and was very sick. Had the avocado toast on GF bread for the first time so perhaps that is one dish to stay away from if you do choose to eat here.

This review for the grab-and-go section at Floret.
They have a selection of Stumptown coffee drinks and matcha, as well as baked goods and cold items. For gluten free options, they had 2 sweet and 1 savory option in the baked goods case, all together with items containing gluten. Cross-contamination appears to be a risk.
I had the frittata, which was way too salty but had a pretty tasty combo of mushrooms, onions, peppers, and cheddar cheese. I wish I'd taken a look at how it was heated, but that could also be a cross-contamination risk. (Also had a very delicious matcha latte!)
If I were to visit again, I'd probably avoid the baked goods case and opt for the cold items, which included GF hummus with veggies, snack cheese, hard-boiled eggs, RXBARS, Justin's nut butters, Smart Sweet candies, plant-based protein drinks, and cold brew Stumptown coffees.

Delicious black bean burger with yam fries. The restaurant has a dedicated gluten free fryer & very knowledgeable staff. They have a process for extra safety. My order was tagged ‘celiac’ for extra caution. Wonderful experience!

Good food, they have a separate fryer. The sweet potato fries were really good.
We stayed really safe and got the breakfast scramble amd the kids breakfast eggs too. It tasted great. Its currently the next day and I'm still not sick so they prepared the food well!
I usually get sick within 24 hrs of eating gluten so I'm all good!

Great place just off main terminal near B concourse. Had spring scramble and didn’t get sick. Waitress mentioned dedicated fryer after I told her to tell the kitchen I had a gluten allergy. Food was good, we were in and out of there in 45 minutes even during very busy hours.

This is the FIRST restaurant in an airport that I’ve found which has a dedicated fryer! The waitress who served me understood Celiac disease and said that the owner takes food allergies very seriously.
Your dish is made in its own separate pan, and I didn’t get cross contaminated. I ate the portobello sandwich!
As your server to tag your food with gluten allergy!

Fantastic. Everything there was gluten-free, delicious, and good for you. We had amazingly delicious Cajun sweet potato fries, a great salad, and a great bean burger. Their drinks looked amazing too. We left full and feeling very healthy and safe from gluten.

Had the Forbidden Grains bowl. Informed the hostess and the bartender of my celiac status and both showed concern and attention to my requests. The bowl was delicious and I’ve had no issues. Lots of options on the menu were gf and they have a dedicated gf fryer. Yum!

This was a great farm to table type restaurant in the Seattle-Tacoma Airport near gate A1. It had gluten-free and vegan options marked on the menu with a dedicated fryer. I had the crispy Brussel sprouts and yam fries; my husband had the cheesy polenta. All were good and I was so thankful to have high quality gluten-free food in the airport.

Was refreshing to have an actual restaurant at an airport that had safe options. Gluten free was clearly marked on items that were or could be gluten free. Many options to customize for items to be vegan as well. Service was quick and friendly. Server ensured that he got the order correct and even reiterated that it was gluten free when it was served.

After my flight was cancelled I was grateful to find a safe option for me to eat at for lunch and I used the grab and go option to take dinner for myself on my flight. Both were delicious and appeared to be safe from cross contamination.

Seems like they have substantially increased the gf options - they even have roasted potatoes instead of fried for the gluten free folks!
I steered clear of any of the toasts for fear of cross contamination, but I had a delicious scramble with veggies, pesto, and goat cheese. Delicious!

The cooks are not wearing gloves or masks on the line, while cooking.
They don’t care about food safety or hygiene at this location. Only One hand washing sink works.
They mix up items often…
They use same cutting boards, same fryer, same knife.
This place is Gross just look at the floor it’s Coated in oil just nasty

Breakfast platter was simple, but with a GF breakfast in a non-GF kitchen, simple is good. They noted the “allergy” and I didn’t have any issues.

I travel a TON. As a celiac, it can be a nightmare in airports to find safe food. While in Seattle for a long layover I discovered this GEM. I had a delicious breakfast platter with eggs over medium, delicious potatoes and amazing GARLIC GREENS! YUM! Server was wonderful and made me feel safe. Oh, and the TEA??!?! Best Earl Grey EVER. I researched the story of this place and was even more impressed by what they do for their community. https://cafeflora.com/about/

Great and unique GF choices! Grateful for a place to go in an airport. Friendly and helpful staff and good for grab and go or sit down
Right next to A1 Gate. Have both a sit down and grab and go. Clearly labeled and awesome variety of gluten free/diary free items! Grab and go options included coffee cake, frittata, muffins, brownie, granola/seed yummy thing (no clue what it was, but I rolled the dice and it was awesome), etc.

Great celiac friendly offerings. I didn’t have time for sit down, but good gluten free bakery items. Wish they had permafrost sandwiches and things for lunch. Staff very knowledgeable. Location is by A1!

What an awesome addition to the Seattle airport! My 7 year old daughter is celiac...to find delicious, friendly, safe, and with a kid’s menu...this restaurant makes me want to seek out flights that connect in Seattle! They need one of these in all major airports.

Friendly staff. Delish food and good drinks. Celiac friendly fryer. Adorable animal videos on the TV. Basically it’s perfect. (Most of the menu is fairly healthy too, given that this is a vegetarian restaurant - lots of vegan options, too!)

I love the food and the staff is super knowledgeable. I have to eat gluten free and dairy free. Thank you Floret!! I come here every time I fly which is often and if I have enough time I sit down for their quinoa bowl and sweet potato fries in a dedicated fryer or ready to go get the hummus and veggies. They also have fruit and instant oatmeal with & without sugar (my choice) and it was great.
