I so wish this could be an option for SeaTac. When I went to order the “GF” frittata, it was in a pastry case next to a flaky (delicious looking) pastry and there were shared bits all over the frittata tray. Clearly, not GF. I asked about the pre-made salads, also marked GF, and the manager said none of their food is celiac safe. So disappointing!
