Ok- so A LOT of the items on the menu are marked gluten free BUT that does not mean they are not exposed to cross contamination (which in my opinion means these items shouldn’t be listed as gf). If the item is fried then it is exposed to gluten because they use a shared fryer. Make sure you let you waiter/ess know you’re dining GF. We ended up getting the “biscuit & belly” as an app, which was VERY tasty. (We were planning on the “chips & dips“ but had to pass bc of the fryer situation.) And I got the shrimp n grits for my entree. It was good.
