Review of Flounder's Chowder House

On the phone they said almost everything is gluten free, but actually the opposite is true. Almost everything is fried with few salad options. There were some $25 fish that might have been able to be made plain, if you like $25 plain fish with plain broccoli. The waitress was very nice and tried to be helpful, but it was obvious they aren't trained regarding allergies and are not prepared to accommodate them. I ended up with a plain Caesar salad, basically lettuce with Caesar dressing for $8. Lots of great looking food, but none for you if you eat GF! Go to some of the other places in Pensacola that have great GF food!
