I never would have guessed this place would be such a safe choice for gluten free! I read the reviews here but still felt nervous because I have gotten really sick recently so I asked at the entry what the safest choice for someone highly sensitive with Celiac Disease was and she said definitely the pizza. The dough is gluten free and wheat free. It’s made separately and then the pizza is prepared right in its own pan and baked that way so no cross contamination. The only topping that isn’t safe is the meatballs. The same dough is offered for the garlic cheese bread too. Absolutely delicious pizza, highly recommend. I brought 1/2 of mine back to the room and will have it for breakfast lol. Probably the best crust I’ve ever had even pre-celiac. The servers were super kind and attentive too, so glad I trusted the reviews.
