I was so disappointed… that I only found this place on my last night in Vegas and not my first. I could only eat here once!

Really, really great. I’m used to thin GF crust. These folks have super thick and tasty crust that I haven’t had since I was diagnosed 16 years ago.

Had the chili chicken pizza. So good. And the folks who work there are super friendly.

Very impressed with this restaurant. The pizza is absolutely delicious. They make the gluten free crust themselves and even sell it frozen to locals. They also have gluten-free beer and pasta. I opened my account just to review the place. It was great!

It’s very rare to find a place with gluten-free pizza so when I saw this I was convinced to try it. It was so good and look tender times better than the regular pizzas. Choose any type pizza and they will regulate it to have gluten-free dough.

I drug my husband all the way to Flour and Barley after reading all of the reviews. I really did not like it - it just doesn’t taste like pizza. It’s more like a bread and I was really looking for something that tasted like pizza.

Very tasty gluten free pizza! I ordered a gluten free margarita pizza. The dough was very fluffy and the other ingredients were fresh. The employees knew their stuff very well, they were careful about possible contamination and prepared the gluten-free pizza separately. I will definitely come back!

The best, most fluffy pizza crust ever! Wait staff explained the precautions taken and how the chef prepares all of the gluten free crust before doing any gluten containing items to minimize cross contamination. Sensitive celiac and I had zero issues. Other than it was too much just for me to eat alone.

The GF pizza is a deep dish, fluffy pizza! Best I have ever had! The were very careful and cautious, it is a total different crust(shape and size) from thier normal pizzas! I am Celiac and never had any issues! Great service!

HOLY MOLY! Never did I think I was going to get the best pizza I’ve ever had at a place called Flour and Barely! It comes in one size, rectangular..I had the Calabrese pizza and it’s was Devine!!! Even my bf said it was really good. The outside was nice and crispy and the inside was soft. OMG 100% recommend! And the dough can be bought to take home too!

It’s ironic that a restaurant with this name would be so GF-friendly! I’ve tried pizza from all over the country and it’s difficult to compare to this crunchy-on-the-outside, fluffy-on-the-inside pie. They also have separate prep areas for the GF for a worry-free experience. Celiacs, don’t miss this stop on the LINQ promenade!

I tested with Nima and had “Gluten Found”. Probably is about cross contamination so if you have celiac disease or very symptomatic, its not recommendable eat here.

We found the staff to be very helpful and very understanding about cross contamination and coeliac requirements. The choice of GF food was excellent and non gf pizzas could also be a GF option. The restaurant was child friendly although the seasoning on the margherrita pizza was a bit too strong for our 10 year old. She did eat the pizza and did say it was delicious. The GF pepperoni pizza made with GF IPA was excellent. The dough was fluffy, crispy and soft. It did not have the usual gf type taste and did not crumble like gf bread.

The gf pudding was delicious. It was a chocolate mousse cake.

All round a great experience.

Was surprised that a place with this name, would have such amazing gf pizza. I was highly skeptical to eat here, but being a celiac who reacts very sensitively to the slightest bit of contamination, I had a great experience. The gf dough is AMAZING! I had the garlic cheese bread and a pepperoni and sausage pizza. Was the first time I had a thick crust pizza in forever and there was enough for leftovers. My wife even said the gf dough was better than the regular, so that made me happy. The gf chocolate cake was great too. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Ate here twice our last stay in Vegas and would definitely go back.

This was some of the best GF pizza if I’ve ever had! The crust was fluffy and delicious! They assured me that all the proper precautions are taken for the GF pizza including getting toppings from separate containers. They sell the GF dough and if I wasn’t traveling, I would have taken some home!

I picked up a pizza to go today from here. They were able to do any of the options with gluten free crust but they also have one that comes gluten free I think. When I mentioned cross contact she said that they keep it separate and noted a gluten allergy on my order. The crust is so fluffy, almost makes me think of focaccia bread. It was really good and I think the crust was worth the $5 extra charge, except the pizza seemed smaller than a regular pizza (I think. Because I ordered mine to go I didn’t see it but the box it came in was way too big for it and the pizza was a rectangle shape not round, so I’m guessing the non-gf pizza was a circle that filled the box.). If that’s the case, I’m a little disappointed because that means I got less toppings for the price. But it was a special vacation weekend, so I’m glad I splurged!!!

Don’t let the name scare you off! We really, really loved it here! They have GF garlic bread and pizzas. Both as very fluffy and thick crust. I asked my wife to taste it first because I’ve never seen GF crust like that and I was worried. It was GF and fantastic. Our server told me what kind of flour they used (sorry, I can’t remember) and the beer they use with it (she showed me a can, but I can’t remember that either!). I’m celiac and had zero reactions. I see on other reviews that the beer is gluten-reduced, so maybe I’m just a bit more tolerant of that than I thought. Up to you. Otherwise, I highly recommend it

I just want to say do not skip over this restaurant because of the name as I had over my last several visits to Vegas. You will not be disappointed. The staff is amazing. Completely unexpected that a place called “Flour and Barley” would have such a great system for GF options! Basically all pizzas can be made GF in their own oven. Apparently the garlic knots can be made GF as well, though I didn’t try those. My partner and I split a Gianna pizza, which was plenty big for 2 people. Waiter was knowledgeable and service was prompt. Highly recommended!!!

My daughter is celiac and we ordered the pizza that they said went into it own oven for people with gluten problems. all she had was the pizza and some water. Within 20 minutes she had the worst diarrhea she's had in months....we barely made it back to the hotel. I feel horrible for her. I would never go back.
