Delicious all around and likely the best GF pizza I have ever had! They use Caputo GF flour which has wheat starch so not suitable for those with a wheat allergy but I use this flour at home in my baking and know I can tolerate it. Big fluffy crust is better than I have made at home. We tried two veggie pizzas but enjoyed the Goat Cheese one the best. Also enjoyed a Caprese Salad.
