Review of Flourless Bakery

Everything Richard makes is amazing for the gluten free community as well as those who can safely eat gluten products. You really can’t tell the difference, which brings tears to many eyes when they experience eating things they have not enjoyed in years. I have been gf since 2010 and let me tell you, there has never been this quality of gf baked goods in Northern California. I have tried the two other bakeries that provide gf baked goods…Oakland and Sacramento/Roseville and neither provide the quality and taste due to the focus on vegan products. I appreciate Richard’s efforts to provide delicious baked goods to those who will never be able to safely eat gluten. I am so very grateful to you and all your hard work to make this happen. Thank you.
