Absolutely incredible gluten free bakery! The best gluten free baked goods I've ever had. We had the eclair puffs, raspberry cream puff, cinnamon rolls, chocolate raspberry entremet and quiche. Everything was amazing, my favorite was the cream puff. The croque monsier with pickles was to die for! The bread was so gluten-like it had my partner and I saying are you sure that's gluten free? We drove 45 minutes to get here and will gladly do it again!
Note they do not have many vegan options, there were a few but their thing is making gluten free foods as similar to their gluten counterparts as possible so I understood going in that most things were not going to be vegan.
