I ate lunch here this past weekend and had a wonderful experience! I’m highly symptomatic and was just fine after eating here. There is potential for cross contamination, but all the staff seemed very well informed and knew exactly what to do. I feel that this is one of the safest restaurants for me in Houston.

Delicious! Menu items are labeled GF and staff are very knowledgeable about celiac and made the requisite notes in our order about using different utensils and clean hands/gloves. Felt totally safe eating here!

Items on the menu are clearly marked, and there are so many gluten free options. When I let the staff know I’m celiac they make a note a seem to handle everything with care. I’ve never been sick and the food always tastes great!

Great options, great food, and the staff asked me about my level of gluten tolerance so they could notify the staff. This places caters to many dietary preferences and conditions. Staff is very friendly, service was great. Very busy when I went for lunch.

I had the forbidden rice bowl along with the of the soup of the day, which was a chipotle potato soup and shared a cookie for dessert. I enjoyed everything and had no reaction after eating. I look forward to returning.

I have eaten here several times and have not been sick once. You can even download their app and setup a profile that specifies you as gluten free. 10/10.

Staff was knowledgeable. Lots of options. Food tasted amazing!!!

All of the items I ordered were marked gluten free, and I made sure to note that I have Celiac (also said severe gluten allergy for anyone not familiar). Food was delicious but I got SO sick after. Might be a good place for those wanting to go gluten free for personal reasons, but not safe for Celiacs at all.

I’ve been here five times. Menu items marked GF. First four times I was fine and enjoyed. On the latest visit, they very clearly didn’t handle cross contamination correctly and I was sick all night. I guess the hostess or chef were new and didn’t understand/remember what meant by Celiac and no cross contamination. Otherwise usually nice menu options.

they really take celiac disease very seriously! Healthy and delicious, not too expensive, depending on what you get. Their menu has gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian labels which is very convenient. And to top it all off, the place is gorgeous! Also, If you are gluten free, make sure you let the cashier know so they’ll take the needed precautions.THIS IS A MUST TRY RESTAURANT!

So many gluten free options and great for kids!! My daughter (celiac) never gets sick when we eat here and my sons who are not gluten free say the gf mac and cheese is the best here! I personally love the forbidden rice bowl. They change their gloves for my daughter even though everything we order is gf!

This place is SO GOOD!! Loads of GF items, as well as vegetarian and vegan. My food was amazing-I got a bowl (can’t remember the name) It’s a definite YES to this new find!!
