Review of Flying Fish Public Market & Grill

Fantastic experience. Wait staff knew exactly what I needed and helped me navigate the “fresh fish” portion of the menu. The “gluten friendly” symbol is NOT next to the fries because they are in a shared fried. Although it appears on the menu that there is not much “gluten friendly”, the fresh fish menu lets you build a dish in many different ways. Almost all of that section of the menu is safe and all of the “build a boil” section is safe as well. I had grilled tile fish with chipotle sauce, rice, and green beans. I also sampled some of a boil (I asked the waitress to also mark it celiac with the kitchen) and it was delicious! The portions were appropriate for the price.
