The first thing the waitress asked was if anyone had a food allergy. I was told that they could make my meal gluten free and told me which items were not available to me. The food was delicious.

Waiters ask if anyone at the table has an allergy when they greet the table. I’m celiac and could eat the fish dip- they bring celery, had the boil with crab and shrimp AND they have GF flourless chocolate cake. Amazing meal

We went to Alligator Adventure and then cams here for lunch. My hubby is celiac, and 7 year old is intolerant. Fries aren’t gf bc they’re beer battered. Hubby got the gf jambalaya and the rib stack as an appy. Ribs were really good, he said the jambalaya had no flavor and didn’t finish it. 7 year old got a cheeseburger with string beans - he ate the whole thing. I got the pulled pork sandwich, it was ok, needed some more bbq sauce. Great atmosphere, we had a good time. Would probably go back.

My husband and I ate lunch here today for the first time. I do have Celiac disease and they do have a gluten free menu. My husband is not a seafood person but he was able to order a salad with chicken from the regular menu for himself. I ordered oysters scampi, crab stuffed avocado and a wedge salad from the gluten free menu.... It was so good.... The restaurant is really neat. Will definitely be back next time...

I rarely go out to eat, since it can be quite stressful to work with a restaurant to convey my diet restrictions due to Celiac and other autoimmune condition. We decided to attempt this restaurant after reading the reviews and the number of people rating on this app.

This restaurant has a separate modified menu that is specifically gluten free. Unlike some restaurants, this separate menu actually lists the prices so you don't have to keep looking at both menus.

I have an additional diet restriction of also being dairy free in addition to Celiac. I let the waitress know this when ordering. I was hopeful that this would be conveyed well to the kitchen. Our main course was brought out by the restaurant manager, and she volunteered to get the sauce for my shrimp from an uncontaminated container.

Later in the meal, we realized there had been a mix up when our second entree we had ordered to share did not come out; the waitress had misunderstood when we said we would share the one entree instead of both entrees. The manager again came over and took care of us. It turned out that the second entree that we wanted, the Jambalaya, on the menu was "gluten free", but not necessarily Celiac friendly. She had the kitchen make a Celiac friendly separate version, which was fantastic.

After the entree mixup and wait for the 2nd entree to be cooked, the manager also unexpectedly took care off our bill.

I would definitely eat here again.

They have a decent size gluten free menu. Their smoked mahi dip is delicious. This is brought out with crackers at the beginning. Our waiter saw that I had a gluten free menu and said he would bring celery out for me. I appreciate that they have dishes like the buffalo shrimp that you can get steamed instead of fried.

Wait staff and servers were all accommodating, knowledgable and welcoming. I had the mArket fish (Mahi Mahi) with mango salsa, chef's veggies (green beans), Gouda mashed potatoes as well as the complimentary mahi mahi dip. They offered to bring me celery in stead of the bread for the dip. I didn't even need to ask! They even brought my food on colored to plate to designate it was gluten free for all the staff that my food encountered! The food was very good. They had a decent selection of food intolerances.

I wanted seafood and not typical chain. this place is in one of those huge outdoor mall/theater complexes. menu was limited but lunch food was really great. for about $17 I got one of the daily fish options and it came with hoppin' john rice and green beans which I usually cant stand and i had iced tea. fish was cooked perfectly. you can dress real casual and eat at big bar or go in Khakis or sunday clothes or less fancy and eat at table overlooking water (sound not beach). workers very helpful.

There weren't many gf options which was disappointing. I ordered the jambalaya. It wasn't the best jambalaya I've had, but it was good. I really liked the mahi mahi spread with celery that was brought out when we sat down. It was nice that the waitress noticed immediately the need for the celery based on my gf menu.

Server was very accommodating and knew the gluten free foods well. Salmon with lime honey butter was amazing. My plate was blue (all the others were white) so there was no confusion or accidents in the kitchen. And he brought out celery for my mahi spread. I would highly recommend and go there again.

Wait staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a GREAT menu but they do warn you it's not a dedicated kitchen so there is a possibility of cross contamination. I didn't get sick though. The pre-appetizer was mahi-mahi salad with mayo. The waitress brought me celery sticks when she realized I couldn't have the crackers with it. My appetizer of baked oysters with cheese was great as was the Boil pot I picked with sausage, red potatoes, clams and crab legs. Only problem was they brought it out while I was still eating my appetizer and it got a bit cold. Hubby, who isn't GF or big on seafood loved it all too. He especially loved the fries which are battered. Drinks were yumpcious! We got there late and kept them 45 minutes after closing and they didn't try to hurry us along. Definitely recommend this place.

In addition to having celiac disease, I'm allergic to dairy (casein, to be specific) and some fruits/veggies. I ordered the rainbow trout with plain green beans and plain red potatoes.

Positives: The trout was delicious--some of the best I've had. The servers were friendly and well-informed. Most importantly, I didn't get sick from any of my allergies.

Negatives: The green beans seemed like they had been frozen and then boiled. They were bland and rubbery. The potatoes were inedible, but had I been able to add vegan margarine, they would've been fine--in other words, not the restaurant's fault.

They no longer have a gluten free menu, but our server was very knowledgeable. They have also changed the recipe for their rice so that it is now gluten free. It was nice to have a lunch option rather than a "bail out" salad.
