The waiter we had was amazing. He started off by welcoming us and then asking if there were any food allergies he needed to be aware of. I told him I have celiac and from that point on, he made sure to identify anything that was GF and brought out celery and my own fish dip so there would be no cross contact. My food was also hand carried, away from all the other dishes. I have never felt safer in a restaurant.
