We had a great meal. Our server was kind and helpful and shared with us the complete allergen list. Our daughter with celiac was able to eat everything she wanted to, including the bread at the table, and had no issues or symptoms.

I ate here for my husband’s birthday. They ensured they took all precautions so I could safely eat. Well, I was extremely sick afterwards, and I am guessing it was cross contamination. I will never go back.

This was more informal than I would hope for the price. I think I did get cross contaminated, although I’d also been traveling for a week already, so that might have been the issue.

Amazing meal. Manager came to talk with us upon arrival and mentioning celiac. He gave me a detailed allergen menu. All the meats were gluten free along with bread at the table. It was a fantastic experience!

Almost everything is gluten free, including the bread at every table!! Our server was VERY knowledgeable about cross contamination and said I would be safe eating off the Buffett (I chose not to), but to avoid the hummus, chicken and bread. I tested the bread at the table with my Nima, tested GF. I’m VERY sensitive and did not get sick.

Called in an order and was told it would be ready in 5-10 minutes. Arrived 15-20 minutes later and it still wasn’t ready. Had to wait 15 minutes and the hostess was not helpful at all. Manager finally came out since I communicated to everyone I was in a rush and a car was waiting for me outside. He offered a promo for their mistakes. Disappointed with their service.

Very knowledgeable staff, manager came out to speak to us and gave us a list of all allergens. Kid friendly!! The kids got to eat bread !!!

Fantastic food and ambiance. Gf Brazilian bread and most of the meats. They have detailed info on what is gf on the salad bar.
One of my favorite spots in Indy for an excellent gf meal. I never have to worry "is this gf" because other than two meats, EVERYTHING is gf! And the bread!!! To die for!!!
My other suggestion to save $$$: go for brunch on the weekend. Just be a little more cautious as more things are non-gf.
The staff was SUPER knowledgable, and I was delighted to learn that they served GF rolls. They also have a dedicated fryer for their polenta.

Phenomenal. I am from Nebraska and was nervous about traveling. I called ahead and they confirmed they have gf items. When I got to the restaurant, the manager walked me to the salad bar and pointed out the 3 items I couldn't have and then showed me the 2 meets I couldn't have. I was so impressed! They're bread that they put on the table is made of tapioca flour so I didn't feel excluded. The waiter was so knowledgeable of everything! Such a variety of food! Amazing atmosphere. I loved it!
SOOO easy to eat here, almost everything is GF and tasty.
A meat lover Celiac's dream. The traveling meat is all gf and most of the salad bar is as well. The table bread is Pao which is naturally gf, as are the croutons at the salad bar.
The service is still getting their feet under them so patience may be required.

I went here for a company function and had resigned myself to getting sick. I was pleasantly surprised that the buffet had the cheese and meats on the totally opposite side from the bread, which was by the salads.
At the buffet I chanced tiny pieces of the prosciutto, papaya and star fruit. The tropical fruits weren’t ripe so I didn’t end up finishing these.
I signaled the waitress of my allergy and she brought out a detailed allergen list. This list showed most of the meats as having soy, which I worried was soy sauce. Though overwhelmed by our party of 16, the waitress eventually brought me the manager who took a trip to consult the chef who told me most meats were simply rubbed in lemon pepper and no soy sauce was involved.
Based on the advice of the waitress and manager, I tried several types of lamb and beef and did not get sick. For drinks I had Caipirinhas. Though they were listed as wheat free I did not try the Pão de queijo, which were prepared in a kitchen that also prepared bread. For dessert I wanted to try the flan, but they were “out” (I saw it being served to other tables, so they must have just run out) and was given vanilla ice cream.
Overall this restaurant did a great job taking care of me and keeping me safe on a very busy night.

So much food, we had great time here and left sooo full. A fun spot for the family, endless cuts of meat and salad bar. The rolls are safe, meats are safe, a few items on salad bar that we were warned of ( bread items). We had no reactions, nice lunch here.

Great experience here, told them of my allergy and they brought me a list of everything and their allergens: gluten was only in a few things! Safe buffet, all the meats except the tofu but I didn’t even see that. Highly recommended. All you can eat is $66 which seems like a great deal!

Mostly everything here was gluten free. I was hesitant at first and took some precautions, but everything was great. If you haven’t eaten this style before, they come around to your table with a slab of meat and slice off a portion if you want to try it. There are several meats that are not gluten free, but there were more than enough options without it. I was skeptical of the buffet, but [at least on the night I was there] almost everything on the table was gluten free. I stood there and watched it for 5 minutes before deciding it was worth it to check out a couple items. Taking off a star for safety due to the waitstaff; somewhat knowledgeable, but also apathetic and not willing to get answers very quickly (like 30 minutes into the meal when everyone else was already eating). My primary complaint was the servers — one was a little weird encouraging us to drink and drive (we did not, of course), and one just did not help at all. We went somewhat close to the opening and seemed like a decent amount of turnover with the waitstaff, so perhaps it was a logistical issue and has since improved. I had a vegetarian friend who went and found plenty to eat to hang with her family, but I’m not sure I would recommend that for the price point. I did not get sick, and was very full :)
