The servers provided me with the complete allergen menu, but it was kind of unwieldy to try and navigate that on the fly as people are stopping by.
They will make every attempt to help you, though, however this might involve getting the manager which can take some time.
Lots of gluten-free options. But my last two experiences at a Fogo have been pretty underwhelming for the quality of food vs. the dollar value.
Amazing restaurant. As someone with celiac disease, I get very wary about restaurants. But our waiter immediately asked if anyone had any dietary restricts. When I informed him I was celiac, he knew everything already that was guaranteed gluten free (which is most of the menu). He even went & asked the kitchen/manager to confirmation. The market table was all gluten free except the croutons & bread. Each item had its own instrument so no cross contamination. The meat was all gluten free except for the chicken legs, as it was marinated in a beer sauce, but the chicken breast was fine. The Brazilian sides were not gluten free, but it did not really matter as there was so much food I was completely full. Amazing restaurant, amazing food, & amazing service. I felt they were at a high standard to validate my celiac needs & would definitely recommend & go again.
Had a great experience here. My wife is a very sensitive celiac and had no issues here. You can ask for a menu that lists the ingredients for every cut of meat (the names were a bit different but we figured it out). Almost every cut of meat was GF, lamb, steak, chicken, pork. Several sides and salad bar items were also labeled and my wife had them without any adverse reaction. The crème brûlée was also fantastic. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something a bit more upscale.
I’ve eaten here a couple times. Most of the menu is gluten free but there is a buffet with a couple items (bread, pasta salad, etc.) that are not gluten free. I felt pretty safe eating here and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable (they even brought out the food list with all the allergens listed).
I went here for my birthday and all of the servers know what Celiac disease is! Almost all of the food is gluten free, even the pop overs served to your table. The Market Table has all gluten free food, except for a small section of bread that is separate. I ate here and had no reaction and I am strict about cross contamination! Definitely recommend!
One of my favorites. Numerous items here are gluten free and I have never become sick after eating here. I always get the salad bar and eat the appetizers which are gluten free. The servers are extremely knowledgeable and helpful about gluten free safety and considerations. The salad bar has so many choices and a soup that was very flavorful. Highly recommend this restaurant.
