Review of Food for Thought

Hands down one of the best celiac friendly restaurants I have ever been to. We went twice for lunch during our visit to Williamsburg. Both times the staff was attentive and knowledgeable. They kindly made sure to verify GF or any other diet sensitivity for each order we placed. They have delicious GF buns. They baked the fries instead of frying them. During our second visit the mananger came out and talked to us about their processes to keep the GF food same. She informed us that they recently started using a GF tester for quality control to ensure their processes are safe. Wonderful place!!!
