Review of Food for Thought

This being the best food in town, it gets extremely crowded for dinner. Walked in at 6:30 and was seated at 7:10. No reservations are taken. I ordered the Down South (fancy shrimp and grits) and it was delicious. Not enough shrimp though (only 3-4 medium size). I had some pretty intense bloating afterwards, so I suspect this place is not safe for celiac.
