All gluten, dairy, peanuts, and corn free. They have muffins, cookies of various kinds, french toast, breakfast sandwiches, grilled cheese, soups and coffee. They also have other items for sell: granola, chocolate, bags of cookies, GF flour, tshirts. Cute cafe with outdoor seating in a quiet area.

The staff was very nice, and asked me if I'm gluten-free or have other allergies right when I walked in. I got the grilled cheese, carrot muffin, monkey party, chocolate cake with vanilla icecream and a chocolate truffle. The grilled cheese was 3 layers of bread with cheese in-between each layer, and it was absolutely fabulous! I only wish it was bigger, it was the size of my palm for $14 and not enough food for a meal to fill most people up. The Muffins and cake were good sizes. All were very moist. I think the carrot muffin needs a bit more spice flavors (like cinnoman or all spices, something.) The chocolate cake wasn't very sweet, which I know a lot of people like. I would have liked the frosting to be a little sweeter since the cake wasn't super sweet. I tried a tiny bite of the monkey party and it was good, I will heat it up later to taste it fully as intended. I love how they wrote down instructions on the box for how to heat it up. I didnt like the chocolate truffle and it was about the size of a penny. They are also serving dinner now and let me know. I'd definitely go back here. Really nice vibes and so exciting to eat without cross contamination concerns.

Updating my review. So disappointing on my second visit. First visit was great, this time not so much. While I ALWAYS appreciate dedicated gf spots this time I was given a 2x2 roll w an egg and a side “salad” of lettuce only and charged $15. So bummed-and still hungry! Upside-lovely staff. 🙃

So glad I found this place! They are a facility free of soy, gluten, dairy, peanut, and corn. 😯 and they make a lot of their teas and other menu items in-house. Good vibes, for sure.

I wanted to love Forest and Flour. We bought a baguette, a monkey bread, and were gifted a free brioche bun. This tallies up to almost $35. We were given an instruction card about how to preserve these items, warm in the oven, etc, and followed instructions exactly. We found all three to be quite dense— the baguette unpleasantly so. We could not finish the bun, it was flavorless and dense. The monkey bread had a very nice cardamom flavor, but again, so dense. The baguette, being $12, I did expect it to be the size of a $12 baguette. Unfortunately, Forest and Flour falls prey to the gf-tax, and the baguette was really a single-serve size. The staff were very pleasant and the offerings are diverse, but I just can’t get over the quality especially when it comes to price. At least the Canyon Bakehouse bread is fluffy and nice at that premium price! And you can get CB for just $9 for an entire loaf.

I was so disappointed by this place!
I ordered a chocolate chip walnut cookie, a chocolate muffin with frosting, and a baguette. The total was around $28, which is more expensive than other gf bakeries I’ve been to, but I would’ve been fine with that if everything tasted good.
The cookie was ok, but not enough sugar for my taste.
The muffin tasted like it didn’t have any sugar in it at all, including the frosting which tasted more like just butter than buttercream.
The worst was the baguette. As soon as I got home, I thought there must be something wrong with it because it felt like it weighed 5 lbs and was hard as a rock. I couldn’t even cut it myself, my partner had to help me. The bread was super dense, much more so than other GF baguettes I’ve had before. I called the bakery and asked if it was supposed to be like this and they said yes, and that the texture is better once you toast it. It did loosen up a little in the toaster but was still the most dense bread I have ever had. I’m so bummed.

Amazing place! Owner is so sweet and knowledgeable. It’s very new and small, so if the wait is long bear with them because it is so worth it. The French toast and monkey bread are to die for!!!
