They have gluten-free options, though aren't marked on the board. The staff person I spoke with was able to guide me well. I got a breakfast plate (Farm Plate) of chicken sausage (which was flavorful but dry), scrambled eggs, cheese grits, and gf toast. It was good but all under-seasoned. Definitely nothing out of boxes or mixes.
The only gf pastry I saw was a macaroon, which was on a shelf beneath several gluten-filled pastries. Not likely still gf.
My plate was $12, which is more than it was worth but still less expensive than other breakfast places with commercial foods.

I’ve had a lot of catering from here that is great but I’ve never had success going in real life. Their onsite menu isn’t labeled and it really seems to depend on who you talk to. Perhaps people have better luck when it isn’t super busy but I always end up eating packaged goods because they are labeled.

We have eaten here a ton of times. Lots of GF options and substitutions (staff offered GF bread). I had the Farmers Breakfast with eggs, bacon and fruit.
Yes
Superb gluten free bread - maybe best I’ve had. Salad labeling is sketchy. For instance, cut up fruit didn’t have gf identification
Despite labeling of GF, highly cross contaminated
No
they have GF bread as an option for sandwiches as well as chicken salad and other salads in the deli case that you can get. if your sensitive to cross contamination, tell them not to grill your sandwich.
