No real options and the kitchen isn’t willing to work with you. Really disappointing. I got the short rib and grits and don’t think it was worth the price. There were also multiple dishes out of stock and we were only having a slightly late lunch.

Beautiful location, great service, and the gluten free bread was so good I was scared I got the wrong bread (I didn't, it was just delicious)
— No gluten-free information on the menu

— Excellent
Don't believe the gluten free menu! Some foods on it no longer served. Others like nachos are on GF menu but server says they're cooked in fryer so there's a chance of cross contamination. It's a fall menu -fall salad on it- and it's June and manager says they're aware and need to make changes. The inside out burger on GF bread is delicious. Need to have salad with it, no dedicated dryer for fries.

I have eaten here multiple times, and have never had an issue. They specifically ask whether you are ordering gluten free related to an allergy vs preference. Staff seem to be well trained. They also have delicious gluten free bread as well as good food in general.
Not Celiac Friendly. I recently ate here with my family. We chose the Foundry specifically because it was advertised that they had a gluten free menu and dedicated allergen free prep area. This is important for me because I have Celiac (gluten allergy). When we arrived the waitress informed me that they no longer had a gluten free menu but could adjust many menu items to accommodate my allergy. I was disappointed but ordered anyway, hoping they would not get any gluten in my order.
We waited a while for our food, but when it arrived everyone at our table seemed to enjoy their entree. I had the Chicken Curry. It came with a quails egg on top, which was cold and didn't go with the flavors in the curry. I felt sick after my meal, indicating to me that it was not gluten free as they had said it was.
Other negatives: It is very dark in the restaurant, so dark we had to hold up the candle to the menu to read it! It was pretty noisy in there. Also the waitress brought out gluten free bread for me before the meal, which is a thoughtful idea, but the bread was just a store-bought plain GF hamburger bun that was toasted, Yuk!

They have a gluten free menu and take proper precautions in the kitchen to make sure your food is safe. They make gluten free bread that is delicious. Knowledgable staff who take celiac disease and other food allergies seriously. The waitress says there is a code for everything and the manager is very strict!
