The owner's sister in law has Celiac. All precautions taken in the kitchen. Had gluten free pancakes - delicious!!!
Sal the owner uses dedicated facilities for gluten free items, so no worries about cross contamination. The brand of rolls/wraps he uses are tasty too. Love it because so many of their items are gluten free. They are also extremely careful and take several precautions to keep us safe against COVID-19. Check it out!

Wow - a “real” diner with many GF options, including breakfast! We had the pancakes, steak, and one of their salads (big) which were a delicious! They take extra care to avoid cross contamination. We’ll definitely be back on our next visit to the area.
Amazing Gluten Free! They Truly Care About Cross Contamination And Have Many Options. Best Pancakes BTW, I’ve Had
I stop by for lunch here at least twice a month. Typical diner fare - by no Means gourmet dining but good for a quick breakfast or lunch. Spoke to manager and he told me he has a few celiacs in his family so they are very aware of GF requirements. They have a page in menu listing GF offerings - including french fries. I’ve tried the gf wraps and turkey burgers and haven’t been disappointed. The recently added gf English Muffins to their offerings. Also have cupcakes for dessert or if you just want to stop in for coffee and snack.
This diner was amazing! I don’t remember the last time I’ve been to a diner and been able to eat something besides a salad! They have bread, buns, wraps, pasta, French toast, cupcakes and so much more!! They have a whole page in the menu and then also have gluten free options throughout the menu. Will totally be coming back all the time!!
Have gf fries, buns, and bread. Always consistent.
The time I went the food was really bad. My companion who is not gluten free ordered a steak and it was so bad . My food was prepared gluten free but it too was tasteless and just plain bad. I ate there many years prior and the food had been good. It has declined a lot. I just can't recommend it because fortunately there are so many better places.
They have White and Multigrain udis. It's a typical NY diner that has everything so they can easily make you something safe like Grilled Chicken, Baked Potato and Veggies. CC could be an issue so be sure to ask.
Gf buns and bread and cupcakes. They will cook everything separate for you if you ask. Some waitresses are more knowledgable then others. Owners are very good.
