Been here a few times and never had an issue, I'm very sensitive to gluten. Very nice staff and very accommodating. A couple occasions I was there for a holiday party, unfortunately the person that called ahead forgot to tell them about my gluten free needs however Franco himself went out of his way to make me a special dish. Even though that came out later then the rest, as expected sense they didn't have it preplanned, it was well worth the wait. I would recommend this place to anyone gluten free or not.

2/17/17. Wow. That fellow must've really gotten his food on a bad day for Franco's. I've eaten here many times since the first time and each time is been a very pleasant and delicious experience. Most people who have eaten in nondedicated restaurants fully expect a limited selection of pasta. Franco's food is fresh and consistently good, and his wait staff in pleasant, competent and knowledgeable. I still highly recommend this place.

2013. Franco and his wife have made it a project to make great gluten-free pizza and entrees. The pizza is great (considering, of course!). I just went to a Birthday Party there for a friend. I had salad with balsamic dressing at the table and chicken fiancée, sausage and peppers and a delicious steak dish from the buffet, all made carefully gluten-free because they had been forewarned about my dietary restrictions. Franco brought a huge bowl of gluten-free spaghetti and sauce to me at the table. A very nice guy and a terrific chef!

Our family came from different long distance areas and we met here for dinner as they advertised Gluten Free options. This in itself was inaccurate. They state you can substitute GF pasta for any pasta dish, but fail to mention that they only have one type of GF pasta a week. So if you want spaghetti and they only have ziti...then you are out of luck. The only other choice is a GF pizza. We ordered three regular salads and one tomato and mozzarella salad. The regular salads were brought out and eaten by the time the tomato and mozzarella salad was brought out. We ordered two GF pasta dishes, two personal pizzas and one salmon. The pizzas came out. Then we waited. And waited. And waited. Finally the pasta and salmon dishes were brought out. The pasta was undercooked while the salmon was practically dehydrated. Not only was the food not very good, the timing was awful. Would never go again. Biggest waste of money on less than desirable food.
