We were going to eat here, so checked how they are preparing the pizza. When we heard that it is not baked on a separate tray but just like the normal pizza in the oven, we didn’t stay.

I’d say it’s probably not suitable for coeliacs.

One of the most humiliating experiences I've ever had as a coeliac. I went here with friends but was ASKED TO LEAVE because it wasn't safe and they were very nervous that I would get sick because of the flour IN THE AIR and coating all surfaces, plates, glassed etc. I wouldn't eat here if you paid me. They did have a salad on the menu that seemed marginally safe but I was told it would have cross contamination. Their GF pizza bases aren't recommended for coeliacs because they use the same ovens and utensils.
